HR Immigration Law Workshop

Presented by Fragomen Worldwide

Program Overview:

President Trump has promised major, wide-ranging changes to U.S. immigration policy. Join us Thursday, July 27th for a discussion of the direction the new administration appears to be taking, based on President Trump's executive actions and announcements since taking office in January of this year. HR managers and their foreign national employees will need to be vigilant to the shifting immigration landscape in order to remain compliant with changing immigration rules, requirements and practices.

Topics will include:

  • Recently enacted immigration policy changes affecting the H-1B, L-1, TN and other temporary work programs, and green card processing
  • Immigration policy changes that may be on the horizon
  • How quickly these changes could take place
  • What a new wave of government audits and investigations could mean for your company
  • Ways to avoid immigration-related exposure in unexpected areas, like vendor management policies
