Scott FitzGerald, Esq. Partner, Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP 

Scott is the Managing Partner of the Boston, Massachusetts office of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP, and a Managing Director of Fragomen Immigration Services India Pvt., Ltd. 
He has practiced exclusively in the field of corporate immigration and nationality law for over 20 years. He provides multinational corporations, including leading technology companies and financial and educational institutions, with strategic counseling on all matters of U.S. immigration and nationality law, regulation, policy and compliance.
Scott has previously served as the Managing Partner of the firm's Washington D.C. and Vienna, Virginia offices, as well as an Associate in the firm's New York office. Scott currently serves as co-chairman of the firm’s LCA Compliance Task Force.

Scott provides pro bono immigration advocacy to Partners in Health, a Harvard-affiliated world health non-profit organization and represents clients of HarborCOV, a Boston area shelter for battered women.

Allison Williard, Esq. Associate, Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP

Allison is an Associate in Fragomen’s Boston office. Her practice focuses on U.S. corporate immigration law, with a particular emphasis on the information technology consulting industry. She has represented corporate and individual clients on an array of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant petitions and family-based immigrant visa applications.
Prior to her current role, Allison worked at the firm’s Boston office as a law clerk. While in law school, she served as Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of High Technology Law and as a student attorney in the Battered Women’s Advocacy Program. 
Allison regularly provides pro bono assistance to members of the immigrant community. She has assisted asylum candidates with filing adjustment of status applications, and survivors of domestic abuse with filing U Visa applications.
